Dear Chaplaincy Colleague,
I am a priest who has been working in school ministry for over forty years, many of them as a school chaplain. In 2019 I updated and re-launched a Handbook on School Ethos in Chaplaincy. It is aimed partly at Chaplains but focused more on education senior leaders about the purpose and scope of chaplaincy. It also tries to identify the unique ways in which Chaplaincy might be evaluated within a school that needs to demonstrate progress.
